I. Product Overview

The filter for flame laminating machine is a purification device installed in the gas or air pipeline of the flame laminating machine. It is used to filter impurities (dust, moisture, oil stains, etc.) in gas (such as liquefied gas, natural gas) or compressed air, preventing blockage of the burner, avoiding impact on flame stability, and ensuring the safety of the lamination process and the quality of material lamination.

II. Key Features

  • Efficient filtration: Adopts high-precision filter element (precision 5-50μm) with a filtration efficiency of ≥95%, effectively intercepting impurities and protecting the combustion system.
  • Temperature and pressure resistance: Applicable temperature range is -10℃-80℃, working pressure is 0.1-0.6MPa, suitable for the gas/air supply conditions of the flame laminating machine.
  • Convenient maintenance: The filter element can be quickly disassembled and replaced, and is equipped with a pressure gauge to monitor the filtration status, facilitating timely maintenance.

III. Common Specifications

  • Interface size: DN15-DN50 (threaded or flange connection), suitable for pipelines of different diameters.
  • Filter element material: Stainless steel mesh, activated carbon, polymer materials, etc., selected according to the characteristics of the filtered medium.
  • Processing flow rate: 1-50m³/h, meeting the gas supply needs of flame laminating machines of different specifications.
