I. Product Overview

The accumulator for the artificial leather industry is a device used to buffer material conveying in the production process of artificial leather. It can temporarily store a certain length of artificial leather rolls, coordinate the speed differences between front and rear processes (such as coating, embossing, cutting), avoid shutdowns or material stretching and deformation, and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the production line.

II. Key Features

  • Buffer adjustment: Cloth storage capacity is 5-50 meters (adjustable), which can compensate for the speed difference of ±10% between front and rear equipment to ensure stable tension.
  • Tension control: Equipped with tension sensors and servo motors, the tension accuracy is ±5N to prevent artificial leather from wrinkling or stretching.
  • Strong adaptability: Supports PVC/PU artificial leather with a width of 1000-2500mm and a thickness of 0.1-2mm, compatible with various surfaces such as smooth surfaces and embossed surfaces.

III. Common Specifications

  • Equipment parameters: Power 1.5-5kW, power supply 380V, PLC control, response time ≤0.5 seconds.
  • Structural parameters: Adopts vertical/horizontal frame, made of aluminum alloy + stainless steel, covering an area of about 3-10㎡.

IV. Typical Applications

Temporary storage and buffering after artificial leather coating, speed coordination before and after embossing process, stable tension of rolls before cutting, intermediate storage in composite process.
