A heating needle roller is a heating roller with dense needle-like protrusions on its surface. It combines heating and puncturing functions, forming tiny holes on the material surface through high-temperature needles while completing heating and shaping. It is suitable for air permeability modification or texture processing of materials such as artificial leather and non-woven fabrics.

  • Composite function: Simultaneously realizes heating (temperature-controllable) and puncturing, improving processing efficiency.
  • Controllable precision: Needle pitch deviation ≤0.1mm, puncture depth adjustable (0.1-1mm), with uniform holes.
  • Temperature-resistant and stable: The roller body can withstand temperatures ≥200℃, and the needle hardness ≥HRC60, ensuring wear resistance and durability.

  • Diameter: 100-500mm; length: 500-2000mm (customizable).
  • Needle parameters: Needle diameter 0.2-0.8mm, needle pitch 1-5mm, with optional arrangement (in-line / staggered).
  • Heating temperature: 50-250℃, temperature control deviation ≤±3℃.

Processing of air holes in artificial leather, perforation and shaping of non-woven hot compress materials, and micro-ventilation treatment of films.
