I. Product Overview

Ultra-transparent PVC film is a highly transparent polyvinyl chloride film. It enhances light transmittance and flexibility through special processes, and has both weather resistance and easy processability. It is suitable for transparent covering or forming needs in fields such as packaging, decoration, and stationery.

  • High light transmittance: Light transmittance ≥92%, haze ≤3%, with clear vision and no obscurity.
  • Good toughness: Anti-stretching, bending-resistant, not easy to embrittle, and maintains flexibility at low temperatures (-10℃).
  • Easy to process: Can be heat-sealed, cut, and printed, suitable for various forming processes.

III. Common Specifications

  • Thickness: 0.05-0.5mm; width: 500-2000mm (customizable).
  • Density: 1.3-1.4g/cm³; tensile strength ≥15MPa.
  • Temperature resistance range: -10℃ to 60℃, with excellent weather resistance.
