I. Product Overview

The HDPE extrusion production line is a set of equipment that melts, plasticizes, and extrudes high-density polyethylene raw materials into shaped products. It can produce pipes, sheets, films, profiles, and other products, widely used in packaging, construction, municipal engineering, and other fields, enabling the industrial processing of HDPE materials.

II. Key Features

  • Efficient plasticization: Equipped with a single-screw or twin-screw extruder, it provides uniform heating and full plasticization of raw materials, ensuring stable product density (0.941-0.965g/cm³).
  • Precise control: Equipped with temperature control (±1℃) and pressure feedback systems, it can stably adjust the extrusion speed to ensure product dimensional accuracy.
  • Multi-functional adaptation: Different specifications of products can be produced by replacing molds, and it is compatible with recycled HDPE materials, reducing raw material costs.

III. Common Specifications

  • Extrusion capacity: 50-500kg/h; screw diameter: 30-150mm; length-diameter ratio: 25-40:1.
  • Motor power: 15-160kW; heating zone temperature: 160-230℃; cooling method: water cooling/air cooling.
  • Product range: Pipes (diameter 20-630mm), films (thickness 0.01-0.5mm), sheets (thickness 1-50mm), etc.

IV. Typical Applications

Production of municipal water supply and drainage pipes, manufacturing of food packaging films, processing of chemical anti-corrosion sheets, extrusion of profiles for turnover boxes.
