A shredder machine is a device that crushes solid materials through high-speed rotating blades. It is suitable for various materials such as plastics, metals, wood, and waste paper. It can shred large pieces of materials into smaller particles or fragments, facilitating recycling, transportation, and subsequent processing. It is widely used in waste treatment, resource recycling, and other fields.

  • Efficient crushing: Blade rotation speed 50-300r/min, single processing capacity 50-500kg/h, capable of shredding materials with hardness ≤HB200.
  • Strong durability: Blades are made of high-chromium alloy, wear-resistant, with a service life of ≥1000 hours, and support forward and reverse rotation to prevent material jamming.
  • Flexible adaptation: Feed inlet size 300-1500mm, and shredding particle size (5-100mm) can be adjusted according to materials.

  • Equipment parameters: Power 10-75kW, power supply 380V, equipped with overload protection and PLC control system.
  • Structural parameters: Machine dimensions (length × width × height) approximately 1500×1000×2000mm - 3000×2000×3000mm.
