I. Product Overview

PVC paste pumps are specialized equipment for conveying PVC paste-like materials. They can stably transport high-viscosity, easily precipitated PVC paste, prevent material stratification or blockage, and ensure continuous production processes. They are widely used in the feeding links of production lines for PVC products such as artificial leather, pipes, and plates.

II. Key Features

  • Stable conveying: Flow range 5-50m³/h, pressure 0.3-1.0MPa, capable of conveying PVC paste with viscosity 1000-100000cP, pulsation rate ≤3%.
  • Anti-clogging and wear-resistant: The pump cavity is made of stainless steel, and the impeller is treated with anti-adhesion, suitable for paste containing tiny particles, reducing the risk of clogging.
  • Precise control: Equipped with a frequency conversion speed regulation system, flow adjustment accuracy ±2%, supports linkage with production line PLC to realize automatic feeding.

III. Common Specifications

  • Equipment parameters: Power 1.5-15kW, power supply 380V, rotation speed 500-1500r/min, inlet and outlet diameter 50-150mm.
  • Structural parameters: Adopts rotor pump/screw pump structure, covers an area of about 0.5-2㎡, protection class IP55.

IV. Typical Applications

Paste conveying in artificial leather coating process, feeding for PVC pipe extrusion, paste circulation in floor leather production, raw material conveying for plastic toys.
