I. Product Overview

The loom for locked mesh fabric is a device specially designed for weaving locked mesh fabrics. It forms fabrics with specific mesh structures and mechanical properties through the interweaving of warp and weft yarns. Locked mesh fabrics are widely used in fishing (such as fishing nets), industrial protection (such as safety nets), construction engineering (such as geotextile nets) and other fields.

II. Key Features

  • Precise Weaving: Adopts a high-precision electronic jacquard system to accurately control the movement of warp yarns. The error of mesh uniformity is no more than ±0.5mm, and it can produce various complex mesh structures to meet the requirements of different usage scenarios for mesh shape and size.
  • Efficient Production: The main motor power is generally 5-15kW, and the loom speed can reach 200-600 rpm. Depending on the fabric density, the output is 5-30 square meters per hour.
  • Stable and Durable: The frame is cast with high-strength alloy steel, which is aged to eliminate internal stress and has strong deformation resistance. Key components such as the reed seat and heald frame are made of wear-resistant materials, with a long service life, and can run continuously and stably for more than 8000 hours.

III. Common Specifications

  • Weaving Width Range: Common weaving widths include 1500mm, 2000mm, 3000mm, etc. Wider looms can be customized according to requirements.
  • Yarn Adaptability: Suitable for yarn linear density range of 10-1000 denier, and can adapt to various chemical fibers such as nylon, polyester, polyethylene, as well as natural fiber yarns.
  • Power Supply and Control: The power supply is 380V three-phase AC, equipped with a PLC control system, which can realize parameter setting, fault diagnosis, production data recording and other functions.

  • Fishing Field: Used for weaving various fishing nets, such as trawls, purse seines, gill nets, etc., to meet the requirements of different fishing operations for net strength and mesh size.
