I. Product Overview

Flocking powder is the core material in the flocking process. It is made of fine fibers (nylon, polyester, etc.) through special treatment. It adheres to the surface of the substrate through electrostatic adsorption or adhesives to form a fluffy texture coating. It is suitable for surface decoration in fields such as packaging, toys, leather, and crafts.

II. Key Features

  • Fine texture: The fiber length is uniform, and the surface is flat and soft after flocking, with a comfortable touch.
  • Strong adhesion: Good compatibility with adhesives, not easy to fall off, and excellent wear resistance.
  • Rich colors: Can be customized into various colors (including fluorescent and metallic colors), with color fastness ≥ level 4.

III. Common Specifications

  • Fiber length: 0.03-0.5mm (0.05-0.2mm commonly used).
  • Fiber diameter: 5-20μm, with uniform density.
  • Form: Loose powder, moisture content ≤1%.

IV. Typical Applications

Flocking decoration of gift boxes, fluff treatment on toy surfaces, flocking texture processing of leather, and touch upgrade of crafts.
