ESP Filter

ESP Filter

I. Product Overview

An ESP Filter, or electrostatic precipitator, is a purification device that uses a high-voltage electrostatic field to charge dust particles, which are then adsorbed onto electrode plates. It is mainly used to capture suspended dust particles in industrial waste gas and is widely applied in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, and chemical engineering to reduce dust emission concentrations and meet environmental protection requirements.

II. Key Features

  • High-efficiency purification: Achieves a dust removal efficiency of over 99% for particles ranging from 0.01-100μm, with particular expertise in handling fine particles.
  • Stable and durable: The electrode plates are made of corrosion-resistant materials, capable of withstanding high-temperature flue gas of 200-400℃, and have a long service life for continuous operation.
  • Low energy consumption and energy-saving: The equipment has low resistance (50-300Pa) and low operating energy consumption, making it suitable for large-flow waste gas treatment.

III. Common Specifications

  • Air handling capacity: 500-100000m³/h, customizable according to working conditions.
  • Working voltage: 30-72kV; electrode plate spacing: 150-300mm; electrode plate height: 2-15m.
  • Ash cleaning method: Mechanical rapping or pulse cleaning, suitable for different dust characteristics.

IV. Typical Applications

Dust removal for flue gas from coal-fired boilers, dust purification in steel plants, waste gas treatment from waste incineration, and dust removal systems at the kiln end of cement plants.
