I. Product Overview

The cloth water extruder is a professional equipment used to remove excess water from fabrics, which is indispensable in processes such as printing and dyeing, and textile finishing. It efficiently squeezes out water from fabrics through mechanical extrusion, reducing the burden on subsequent drying and processing procedures and improving production efficiency.

II. Key Features

  • Efficient dehydration: Adopting a large-diameter or multi-group roller design, combined with a high-pressure extrusion system, it can quickly and powerfully squeeze out water from fabrics. For common cotton fabrics, the moisture content after water extrusion can be reduced to 50%-60%, significantly reducing the subsequent drying time and energy consumption.
  • Fabric protection: The surface material of the rollers is soft and elastic, such as high-quality rubber or silica gel. During strong water extrusion, it can avoid damage such as scratches and deformation to the fabrics, and is suitable for various light and delicate fabrics, ensuring the original texture and physical properties of the fabrics.
  • Stable operation: The equipment has a solid structure, equipped with a high-precision transmission system and a stable frame. During operation, it has low vibration and noise, ensuring the stability of long-term continuous operation, reducing equipment maintenance costs, and improving production continuity.

III. Common Specifications

  • Working width: 1200-3200mm, covering the needs of fabrics with different widths, and meeting the production of various fields such as clothing, home textiles, and industrial fabrics.
  • Roller parameters: The roller diameter is usually 160-240mm, and the materials include rubber, polyamide, etc. The hardness and surface roughness are specially treated; the number of rollers includes two-roller single-stage, three-roller and four-roller double-stage structures to adapt to different water extrusion processes and fabric characteristics.
  • Pressure adjustment: The maximum single-stage water extrusion pressure can reach 1-2MPa, and the extrusion force can be flexibly adjusted according to factors such as fabric thickness and material to ensure the best water extrusion effect.
  • Feeding speed: The feeding speed range is 5-30m/min, which can be precisely controlled by a frequency conversion speed regulation system to match different production rhythms.

IV. Typical Applications

  • Printing and dyeing industry: Fabrics after dyeing and printing need to be squeezed of water in time to quickly enter subsequent processes such as drying and color fixing, ensuring color fastness and printing and dyeing quality.
  • Textile mills: Used for dehydration of grey fabrics after washing, preparing for fabric finishing, weaving and other links, and improving the smoothness of the production process.
  • Clothing factories: Squeeze water from fabrics before cutting or ready-made clothes after washing, saving time for airing and drying, and accelerating the clothing production cycle.
