I. Product Overview

An air cooled chiller is a device that cools refrigerants through air heat dissipation to reduce the temperature of water or other secondary refrigerants. It does not require a cooling tower and is suitable for scenarios lacking water sources or with limited space. Widely used in plastic processing, electronic cooling, medical equipment, food refrigeration and other fields, it provides a stable cold source for production processes.

  • Efficient refrigeration: Wide range of refrigerating capacity, with a coefficient of performance (COP) of 3.0-4.5. It can quickly cool the secondary refrigerant to 5-20℃, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃.

  • Stable and reliable: Equipped with intelligent temperature control and overload protection, adaptable to ambient temperatures of -5℃-45℃, with a low failure rate during continuous operation.

  • Refrigerating capacity: 1-200kW, with compressor types including scroll, piston or screw.
  • Power parameters: Single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V, power 3-70kW, air volume 500-15000m³/h.
  • Outlet water temperature: Adjustable from 5-20℃, water tank capacity 50-500L, some models with frequency conversion function.
