I. Product Overview

Surface treatment agent is a special additive for surface treatment of artificial leather (PVC, PU, etc.). It is compounded with resin, solvent and functional additives, which can endow the surface with specific properties. It is divided into ordinary decorative type and functional enhanced type (such as scratch resistance, anti-yellowing, etc.).

II. Key Features

  • Functional customization: Provides diversified surface effects such as high gloss/matte, wear resistance, water resistance and stain resistance.
  • Strong adaptability: Good compatibility with various artificial leather substrates, without affecting subsequent processing.
  • Good stability: The film is uniform, not easy to crack or fall off, and has excellent weather resistance.

III. Common Specifications

  • Appearance: Uniform liquid, no particles or precipitation.
  • Solid content: 20%-40% (deviation ±2%).
  • Viscosity: 100-5000mPa·s (adjustable as needed).
  • Functional indicators: Wear resistance ≥ grade 4, anti-yellowing ≥ grade 3, adhesion ≥ 5B.

IV. Typical Applications

Surface modification of automotive interior leather, furniture sofa leather, bag leather, etc., to improve texture and durability.
