I. Product Overview

Copolyamide hot-melt adhesive web is a functional bonding material made from copolyamide resin through melt extrusion and web formation. It has a net-like structure and melts quickly when heated to achieve adhesion. It is suitable for interlayer bonding in fields such as textiles, leather, and automotive interiors.

II. Key Features

  • Efficient bonding: Melting temperature ranges from 80-150℃; high peel strength after bonding; washable (≥20 times).
  • Breathable and lightweight: The net-like structure does not block the air pores of the substrate; thin thickness (≤0.15mm) without increasing the thickness of bonded parts.
  • Good compatibility: Compatible with various substrates such as fabrics, leather, and plastics; no glue overflow.

III. Common Specifications

  • Thickness: 0.03-0.15mm; width: 500-1600mm (supplied in rolls).
  • Weight: 15-60g/㎡; melt flow index: 10-50g/10min (190℃/2.16kg).
  • Temperature resistance: Long-term service temperature: -30℃ to 80℃; short-term temperature resistance up to 120℃.

IV. Typical Applications

Composite of garment fabrics, interlayer bonding of leather products, lamination of automotive seat fabrics, lamination of filter materials.
