I. Product Overview

The material receiving machine for the artificial leather industry is a device used in the later stage of artificial leather production to automatically wind and sort processed rolls. It can neatly wind continuously produced artificial leather (such as PVC and PU leather) into standard rolls, facilitating storage, transportation, and subsequent processing. It is a key finishing equipment in the artificial leather production line.

II. Key Features

  • Precise winding: Winding speed is adjustable from 0-60m/min, with a roll diameter accuracy of ±1mm. It supports constant tension control to avoid wrinkling or stretching of the leather surface.
  • Automatic adaptation: Compatible with artificial leather with a width of 1000-2500mm and a thickness of 0.1-2mm. It can automatically identify the roll diameter and adjust the pressure.
  • Efficient linkage: Supports signal linkage with previous processes (such as embossing and finishing machines) to realize unmanned continuous material receiving and reduce downtime.

III. Common Specifications

  • Equipment parameters: Power 2.2-7.5kW, power supply 380V, PLC control, maximum winding diameter up to 1200mm.
  • Structural parameters: The machine body is made of steel structure, equipped with an automatic cutter and a roll pushing device, covering an area of about 4-8㎡.

IV. Typical Applications

Winding of finished PVC artificial leather, sorting of PU synthetic leather rolls, receiving of embossed artificial leather, and winding and storage of composite leather.
