I. Product Overview

Transfer film is a functional film used for transferring patterns or textures. It transfers surface graphics and texts to substrates (plastic, metal, ceramics, etc.) through processes such as hot pressing and water transfer printing, achieving decorative or marking effects. It is widely used in fields such as daily necessities, building materials, and electronics.

II. Key Features

  • Clear transfer: High graphic resolution, good color reproduction, and no jagged edges after transfer.
  • Strong adhesion: The transfer layer is firmly bonded to the substrate, scratch-resistant and solvent-resistant (alcohol wiping ≥50 times).
  • Wide adaptability: Compatible with flat and curved substrates, supporting various transfer processes (heat transfer, water transfer printing, etc.).

III. Common Specifications

  • Thickness: 0.05-0.2mm; width: 300-1500mm (customizable rolls).
  • Pattern types: Wood grain, metallic color, cartoon patterns, etc. (customizable); temperature resistance range: -20℃ to 120℃.
  • Substrate: PET, BOPP, etc.; tensile strength ≥18MPa.

IV. Typical Applications

Surface decoration of plastic parts, pattern transfer of metal products, pattern transfer of ceramic tableware, logo on electronic product casings.
