PET release film is a functional film made by coating a release agent on the surface of a substrate of polyethylene terephthalate. It features low viscosity and easy peelability, and is used for isolation and protection during the processing of composite materials. It is suitable for fields such as electronics, packaging, and adhesive tapes.

  • Stable release performance: Uniform peel force (5-500g/25mm), no re-adhesion after long-term storage.
  • Temperature and weather resistance: Temperature resistance range from -40℃ to 150℃, UV aging resistance, and good dimensional stability.
  • High cleanliness: No impurities or bubbles on the surface, suitable for high-precision processing scenarios.

III. Common Specifications

  • Thickness: 0.025-0.2mm; width: 300-2000mm (slittable).
  • Release force: Light release (5-50g), medium release (50-200g), heavy release (200-500g).
  • Appearance: Transparent, matte, colored (customizable as needed); haze ≤3% (for transparent type).

IV. Typical Applications

Composite carrier for electronic tapes, protection of lithium battery separators, anti-adhesive layer for packaging materials, and substrate for die-cutting processes.
