I. Product Overview

TPU hot melt adhesive film is a film-like adhesive made from thermoplastic polyurethane. It is non-adhesive at room temperature and becomes sticky when melted by heating. Featuring environmental friendliness and solvent-free properties, it is suitable for bonding various materials.

II. Key Features

  • Strong adhesiveness: Excellent bonding strength with substrates such as fabrics, leather, and plastics.
  • Good elasticity: Possesses good stretchability and resilience, adapting to substrate deformation.
  • Excellent weather resistance: Resistant to high and low temperatures (-40℃ to 120℃), anti-aging, and not easy to yellow.

III. Common Specifications

  • Thickness: 0.05-0.5mm (customizable).
  • Width: 500-1500mm.
  • Melting point: 80-150℃ (adjustable by model).
  • Peel strength: ≥3N/25mm (when bonded with polyester fabric).

IV. Typical Applications

  • Composite bonding of garment fabrics, adhesion of shoe materials (upper and sole).
  • Lamination of artificial leather, encapsulation of electronic components.
