I. Product Overview

The leather cooling machine is specially designed for rapid cooling and shaping of leather after processing. Through cold air circulation or contact cooling, it quickly cools tanned and finished leather to room temperature, avoiding heat damage and stabilizing dimensions. It is widely used in the post-processing procedures of leather in tanneries.

  • Efficient cooling: Cooling temperature adjustable from 5-25℃, cooling rate 3-10℃/min, ensuring uniform cooling of leather without watermarks.
  • Strong adaptability: Supports leather width 500-2000mm and thickness 0.3-5mm, compatible with various leather types such as cowhide and sheepskin.
  • Easy operation: Equipped with a conveying device (speed 5-30m/min), controlled by PLC, and can be linked with previous thermal processing equipment to realize automated production.

  • Equipment parameters: Refrigeration power 5-20kW, air pressure 500-1500Pa, power supply 380V, machine length 2-6m.
  • Safety configuration: Over-temperature alarm, leather deviation detection, and air outlet with filter device to prevent impurity contamination.

Cooling and shaping of wet leather after tanning, cooling of leather after finishing and drying, rapid cooling and solidifying of leather after embossing, cooling and bonding of leather composite layers.
