The 480mm diameter vacuum suction texturing roller is a large-sized special roller for vacuum adsorption and embossing. It adsorbs substrates (films, leather, etc.) through negative pressure from microholes on the roller surface, while completing texture pressing. It is suitable for processing wide-width materials, ensuring flat large-area forming and clear textures.

  • Wide-width adaptation: With a diameter of 480mm, it is suitable for wide-width substrates, with uniformly distributed adsorption force to avoid edge wrinkles.
  • Adjustable vacuum: Vacuum degree ranges from -0.04 to -0.08MPa, compatible with materials of different thicknesses (0.05-1mm).
  • Wear-resistant and durable: The roller surface is hardened (e.g., ceramic plating), with texture depth deviation ≤0.01mm and long service life.

  • Size: Diameter 480mm, length 800-2500mm (customizable).
  • Microhole parameters: Aperture 0.1-0.5mm, hole spacing 2-5mm, evenly distributed.
  • Working environment: Temperature ≤120℃, adaptable to continuous production line speeds of 5-60m/min.
