It is suitable for texture processing of materials such as plastics, leather, and paper, and is widely used in packaging, decoration, building materials and other fields to achieve surface texture upgrading and pattern customization.

  • Precise texture control: Texture reproduction rate ≥95%, supporting various patterns such as concave-convex patterns and brushed textures, with adjustable texture depth of 0.01-0.5mm.
  • Efficient and stable: Vacuum degree -0.08~-0.1MPa, heating temperature 50-200℃ (accuracy ±2℃), ensuring uniform texture formation.
  • Flexible adaptation: Workbench size 300×500mm~1000×2000mm, supporting coil/sheet processing, compatible with materials of different thicknesses.

  • Processing parameters: Working efficiency 1-5m/min, power supply 380V, power 5-15kW, vacuum pump flow 100-500L/min.
  • Equipment configuration: PLC control system, equipped with automatic feeding/receiving device, some support multi-station continuous operation.
