Lab Embossing Machine

Lab Embossing Machine

I. Product Overview

A lab embossing machine is a small-scale device used for small-batch testing of material surface embossing processes. It can simulate mass-production embossing effects and achieve precise pattern reproduction by controlling pressure, temperature, and speed. Widely applied in sample development and process verification in fields like packaging materials, leather, and films.

II. Key Features

  • Precise embossing: Pattern reproduction accuracy ≤±0.01mm, supporting custom pattern molds to ensure consistency between samples and designs.
  • Controllable parameters: Temperature, pressure, and pressing time can be precisely adjusted, with ranges of room temperature-200℃, 0.1-10MPa, and 0.5-60s respectively.
  • Flexible operation: Compact size (usually ≤1㎡), supporting manual/automatic mode switching, suitable for various small substrates.

III. Common Specifications

  • Embossing size: Maximum processing width 100-400mm, suitable for materials (such as paper, leather, plastic films) with thickness 0.05-5mm.
  • Working parameters: Heating power 0.5-3kW, temperature uniformity of embossing rollers/templates ±2℃, running speed 0.5-10m/min.
  • Power supply: Single-phase 220V, equipped with pattern depth detection function; some models support pressure curve recording.

IV. Typical Applications

R&D of surface patterns on packaging paper, embossing testing of artificial leather samples, proofing of anti-counterfeiting patterns on films, and pattern pressing experiments on textiles.
