Forklift

I. Product Overview

A forklift is an industrial vehicle used for loading, unloading, transporting, and stacking goods. Through the lifting of forks and the movement of the vehicle body, it realizes efficient transfer of palletized goods. It is widely used in warehouses, logistics centers, factory workshops and other scenarios to improve the efficiency of material handling.

II. Key Features

  • Flexible and efficient: Small turning radius, capable of operating in narrow spaces, with a driving speed of 3-20km/h and a lifting speed of 0.5-1m/s, suitable for various working conditions.
  • Stable load-bearing: Adopts a hydraulic lifting system, with precise fork positioning and reliable braking performance, ensuring the safety of goods handling.
  • Versatile adaptation: Can be equipped with replaceable attachments (such as side-shift forks, clamps) to meet the handling needs of different goods (pallets, barrels, boxes, etc.).

III. Common Specifications

  • Rated lifting capacity: 1-10 tons (conventional), special forklifts can reach more than 50 tons.
  • Lifting height: Standard 2-3 meters, high-position forklifts can reach more than 12 meters.
  • Power type: Electric, internal combustion (diesel/gasoline/liquefied petroleum gas). Electric forklifts have a battery life of 8-12 hours.

IV. Typical Applications

Warehouse goods stacking, short-distance transfer of port containers, material distribution in factory workshops, loading and unloading in supermarket logistics.
