A vertical baler is a device that compacts loose materials (such as waste paper, plastic bottles, waste fabrics, etc.) into compact blocks through compression. It can effectively reduce the volume of materials, facilitating storage, transportation, and subsequent processing. It is widely used in waste recycling stations, paper mills, garment factories, and other places.

(1) Efficient Compression

The compression force is usually selectable between 10 - 100 tons. It can compress the volume of materials to 1/5 - 1/10 of the original, improving space utilization.

Adopting a PLC control system and equipped with an intuitive operation panel, operators can get started after simple training. It supports both manual and automatic operation modes.

(3) Safe and Reliable

Equipped with multiple safety protection devices, such as photoelectric induction protection, emergency stop buttons, etc., which can effectively prevent accidents during the operation process for operators.

(1) Equipment Parameters

  • Power supply: Usually 380V, and the power varies from 3 - 15kW depending on the compression force.
  • Overall dimensions (length × width × height): Approximately 1200×1000×2500mm - 2000×1500×3500mm.

(2) Baling Specifications

  • Baling chamber dimensions (length × width × height): Common specifications include 800×600×1000mm, 1000×800×1200mm, etc.
  • Baling weight: The weight per baling ranges from 50 - 500kg, depending on the type of materials and the degree of compression.
