Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric

I. Product Overview

Spunlace nonwoven fabric is a type of nonwoven fabric made by entangling and reinforcing fiber webs using high-pressure water jets. Raw materials are mostly natural fibers (cotton, wood pulp) or chemical fibers (polyester, viscose), with a soft texture close to traditional textiles.

II. Key Features

  • Soft and skin-friendly: Fibers are not rigidly bonded, with a delicate touch, suitable for skin-contact scenarios.
  • High breathability: Uniform fiber gaps ensure excellent breathability and moisture absorption.
  • Moderate strength: Stable fiber entanglement provides tear resistance and durability for multiple washes.

III. Common Specifications

  • Raw materials: Pure cotton, polyester-viscose blends (e.g., 60% polyester + 40% viscose), wood pulp composite fibers.
  • Weight: 30-150g/m²; lightweight for hygiene products, medium-weight for wipes.
  • Thickness: 0.1-0.8mm, thin in texture, slightly increasing with weight.
  • Width: 160-320cm, customizable.
  • Appearance: Available in plain, mesh styles; some with printing or embossing.

IV. Typical Applications

  • Hygiene field: Wet wipes, facial mask sheets, baby care products.
  • Home use: Cleaning cloths, makeup remover pads, kitchen wipes.
  • Medical field: Disposable bed sheets, surgical dressing substrates.
