I. Product Overview

Release paper is a carrier material in the production of PU and PVC leather. Its surface is treated with a silicone oil coating, featuring low adhesiveness, which allows the leather to separate smoothly from the paper and ensures clear surface textures of the finished product. It is classified into types such as kraft paper and parchment paper based on the base material.

II. Key Features

  • Stable release performance: Uniform peeling force (5-50g/in), no adhesive residue, and no damage to the leather surface.
  • Good temperature resistance: Withstands high temperatures (120-180℃) during processing without deformation or wrinkling.
  • Precise textures: Various patterns (such as lychee pattern, crocodile pattern) can be pre-formed on the surface with high reproduction clarity.

III. Common Specifications

  • Base material thickness: 60-200g/m² (selected according to leather thickness).
  • Release force: Light release (5-20g/in), medium release (20-50g/in).
  • Width: 1300-1800mm, customizable.
  • Temperature resistance duration: ≥30 minutes (under 150℃ conditions).

IV. Typical Applications

Production of PU synthetic leather and PVC artificial leather (such as shoe upper leather, furniture leather, bag leather), used for shaping and surface texture formation.
