Raw materials for luggage mainly include fabrics, leather, and composite materials. They are cut and sewn to form the main body of luggage, which need to balance load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, and aesthetics to meet the needs of different usage scenarios.

II. Key Features

  • High strength: Tear-resistant and stretch-resistant, able to withstand heavy loads and frequent use.
  • Wear-resistant: Scratch-resistant surface, not easy to pilling or damage after friction tests.
  • Easy to process: Convenient for cutting and laminating, compatible with processes such as printing and embossing.

III. Common Specifications

  • Material types:
    • Fabrics: Nylon, polyester, mostly Oxford cloth and canvas (density 420D-1680D).
    • Leather: PU leather, PVC leather (thickness 0.8-1.5mm), genuine leather (cowhide, sheepskin).
    • Composite materials: Waterproof coated cloth, aluminum foil composite cloth.
  • Weight: 150-400g/m² for fabrics, 300-600g/m² for leather.
  • Width: 140-160cm, customizable.
