Leather reflective film is a functional film attached to the surface of leather. It reflects light through microprism or glass bead structures, enhancing the night visibility of leather products. It is suitable for fields such as footwear, bags, and clothing.

II. Key Features

  • High reflectivity: Reflective intensity ≥300cd/lx・m², with a wide angle range (0°-60°), and significant night warning effect.
  • Firm adhesion: Strong bonding force with leather substrates, resistant to rubbing and washing (≥30 times).
  • Good weather resistance: Resistant to UV aging, with stable performance in environments ranging from -30℃ to 70℃.

III. Common Specifications

  • Thickness: 0.1-0.3mm; width: 500-1400mm (slittable).
  • Colors: Silver white, fluorescent yellow, red (customizable), with surface glossiness of 50-80GU.
  • Material: PET substrate + reflective layer, with tear resistance ≥20N/cm.
