I. Product Overview

A DMF waste gas recovery plant is specialized equipment for collecting, purifying, and recovering dimethylformamide (DMF) waste gas. It separates and purifies DMF from waste gas through processes such as adsorption, desorption, and condensation. Widely used in industries generating DMF waste gas, such as synthetic leather, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, it realizes resource recycling and compliance with environmental protection standards.

II. Key Features

  • High-efficiency recovery: DMF recovery rate ≥95%, and the purified concentration can reach over 99%, which can be directly reused in production, reducing raw material consumption.
  • Environmental compliance: The emission concentration of treated waste gas is ≤20mg/m³, meeting national environmental protection standards with no secondary pollution.
  • Stable operation: Equipped with an automatic control system, it monitors adsorption/desorption status in real-time and adapts to fluctuations in waste gas concentration (500-5000ppm).

  • Air handling capacity: 500-50000m³/h, customized according to waste gas emission volume.
  • Recovery capacity: Can recover 50-5000kg of DMF per day, with energy consumption of approximately 10-150kW·h per ton of DMF.
  • Equipment material: Contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel or PP, with strong corrosion resistance and a service life of ≥10 years.
