Yellowish azodicarbonamide is an organic foaming agent, appearing as a yellowish powder. It decomposes when heated to release gas, used in the foaming process of materials such as plastics and rubber. It can increase the volume and elasticity of products, and is widely applied in fields like shoe materials, packaging, and building materials.

  • Efficient foaming: Decomposition temperature ranges from 180-220℃, gas production is 200-300ml/g, and foam cells are uniform.
  • Good stability: Not easy to decompose at room temperature, with a long storage period (≥12 months), and good compatibility with substrates.
  • Easy to disperse: High powder fineness, easy to mix into raw materials without affecting the basic performance of products.

  • Appearance: Yellowish powder, purity ≥98%, fineness 300-500 mesh.
  • Moisture content: ≤0.5%, ash content ≤0.1%, pH value 6-8.
